After I scheduled my service appt. online I received a call I think every day afterward to confirm which i did but it was a bit much. The night before I was called to see if I wanted to sell my car? NO I want an oil change! That was so unprofessional I almost cancelled my appointment as by that time I had lost all faith in the integrity of the dealership. I took my car in and from that point it went smooth.

It wouldn’t hurt to limit some of the phone calls

I had a horrible experience at this location when it was LITHIA CHEVROLET. I was extremely apprehensive to try this service department again. After several followup calls by Kayla regarding several recall notices, I decided that new ownership was worth a try. YOU HAVE REDEEMED the Chevrolet service experience. They were courteous, on time, and Nicole was a pleasure to work with.
