​​Chevrolet Celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary with ”Stars & Steel”​ 

The United States of America will be celebrating its 250th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, Chevrolet is offering a series of commemorative limited editions of five 2026 models with the “Stars & Steel” package.  

Select 2026 Corvette, Silverado EV, Silverado 1500, Silverado HD, and Colorado models will wear a modern patriotic theme that embodies the American craftsmanship and innovation that Chevrolet has offered for 115 years.  

Each of these 2026 Chevrolets will feature curated exterior and interior color combinations, American flag-inspired graphics, and patriotic paint finishes. That includes either a satin silver or satin black American flag and “250” graphics.  

There will be only 250 2026 Corvettes available in this package. They will be available on all coupe and convertible models from the Stingray to the ZR1X hypercar, in the 3LT and 3LZ trim levels. Only two colorways are available: Arctic White with a Santorini Blue interior or Black with an Adrenaline Red interior. 

The 2026 Silverado EV “Stars & Steel” model will receive a couple of upgrades to the RST Crew Cab trim package. The upgrades include a set of 24-inch High-Gloss Black wheels, a Brembo heavy-duty brake system with red six-piston front calipers and larger 15.7-inch brake discs for improved pedal feel, fade resistance, and stopping power in all conditions. 

The “Stars & Steel” package on the 2026 Silverado 1500 RST Crew Cab Short Bed model is powered by the 6.2-liter V8 with four-wheel drive. It comes with a set of 22″ High-Gloss Black wheels, along with a Brembo performance brake system with red six-piston front calipers for ultimate braking confidence in towing and daily driving. Additional features include black exhaust tips, a performance air intake, six-inch black rectangular assist steps, the Protection Package including Spray-on bedliner and wheelhouse liners, a soft roll Bed Cover with logo, the Convenience Package II, and a sunroof. 

The 2026 Silverado HD “Stars & Steel” package is based on the LTZ Crew Cab Trail Boss four-wheel drive model. It comes with the 6.6-liter Duramax turbocharged V8 diesel, 20-inch high-gloss black wheels, max trailering package, fifth-wheel/gooseneck prep package, Off-Road High Clearance Assist Steps, and more. 

For the 2026 Colorado Trail Boss Crew Cab, the “Stars & Steel” package is powered by the TurboMax 2.7-liter turbocharged engine with four-wheel drive. Additional features on this limited-edition Colorado include the Midnight Package with Sport Bar & Light Bar, 20-inch High Gloss Black Wheels, Convenience Package 2, Technology Package, Skid Plate Package, Red Tow Hooks, Black Rocker Protector, a Spray-on Bedliner, and a Soft Roll Bed Cover.  

When you purchase a 2026 Chevrolet with the “Stars & Steel” package, they will donate $250 to nonprofit organizations that support our veterans. In addition, a “one of one” 2026 Corvette ZR1X was auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Winter Auction to benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. That nonprofit honors fallen first responders and supports injured veterans and their families through mortgage-free homes and financial assistance.
