Heated Windshield Wiper Option Makes Winter Driving Easier
How often have you gone out to your car in the first part of winter and seen the ‘welcome to winter’ frost, snow, or ice on your windshield? Even worse, you have to wait to use your wipers to clear some of the windshield because you forgot to lift your wipers in the air the night before so they didn’t get stuck. Spring, summer, and fall were all pretty good. You’d go out to your car when you needed to leave, start your vehicle, and drive away. Now, you have to wait for what feels like hours just to be able to see through your windshield. Not anymore with the Chevrolet Heated Wiper Park option on many new models, including the all-new 2025 Chevy Equinox.

How It Works
With the Chevrolet Heated Wiper Park feature, a small defroster at the base of the windshield warms the wipers when they are off and in their “parked” position. This allows them to get warm and stay warm throughout your journey, further decreasing the amount of time needed to wait for the defroster to work on the windshield.
